Returns & Refunds Policy

Since we are a small business embroidery shop, we do not accept any returns or exchanges - please choose your colors and sizes carefully. 

 

If there are any minor issues on behalf of The Rach Co. (including production or manufacturing faults) then we will be more than happy to negotiate a partial refund.

If there are any major issues on behalf of The Rach. Co that makes the product useable/unwearable, we will be more than happy to issue a full refund along with paying for a shipping label to return back to us.
